The room had fresh paint and was perfectly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great price. It is pet-friendly. They are in the process of refurbishing and yet the service was perfect.
The outside of it was ghetto but the room was up to par nd service was good,this hotel was better than expected nd would go again nd can't beat the price nd I use hotels alot
During one of the hardest times in my life—Hurricane Harvey—this hotel opened its doors and gave me a safe place to stay. The owners went above and beyond, not just providing a room but offering comfort, understanding, and genuine kindness when so many of us were displaced and uncertain about what would happen next.
One of the best place in katy Tx With very low price and very comfortable rooms and very safe area with kids specially. Every things close by 8 minutes drive. Specially good customer service and every one is friendly. Good hard working and very clean housekeepers
We’ve lost power due to Hurricane Beryl, needed a room for the evening and even though I had “confirmed” and paid for reservations at a major hotel down the road, they claimed they were overbooked and rudely turned us away. I frantically tried to find another hotel with an available room and the only place I could find was this cute little place. It’s unassuming, but clean, quiet and comfortable with cold A/C. The front desk Gal was sweet as could be and we’re comfortable and happy. The price was about 1/2 what I’m battling to get back from the other hotel which is a great plus! No wi-fi, local tv or fridge, but the mobile hotspot on my phone works great and we’re cool and comfortable watching a Netflix movie. Thank y’all for the hospitality, it will not be forgotten!
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, this hotel is the best cheapest hotel I've been to. Surprisingly didn't have bugs and the room was extremely clean. Had mini refrigerater and microwave in the room and nice pool. The price is great and staff seemed very nice. Will definitely be coming back here!thank you
They are doing renovations on the hotel, but my room was clean and comfortable. The lady was extremely friendly and helpful. It's not fancy, but it worked for what I needed
They were very hospitable and went far above and beyond for us. I was in a moment of crisis and had to check out HPURS late. They were understand and accommodating, even refusing to accept the extra money I offered them.
